Read MoreWe are excited to announce our brand-new Multi-User Login for Shared Devices on Obbi Golf.
You can now log in to shared devices easily with our new feature. Lots of our customers use communal phones and tablets to log into Obbi Golf, e.g. they might have a dedicated mobile device for the Greenkeepers hut, one for the bar staff, one for the pro shop and one for the kitchen staff. Many use their own personal devices but for those who don’t, we wanted to help.
To make life easier, our new feature allows team members to select their name from the shared device and enter in a 4-digit pin – making access more efficient and streamlined.
This will help organisations, that may have policies against the use of personal devices, by allowing team members to log in to a single shared device that is owned by the organisation and not the individual. The Kiosk Home screen has been developed to provide a view of the teams upcoming tasks before they login, to increase awareness and productivity of tasks that need to be completed or are outstanding.
Using the Kiosk feature the team members will no longer have to remember their username and passwords as they are now able to select their name, if they are a member of the team, and use their Unique Pin Number. Team members will also be informed, throughout their use of the Obbi Kiosk, that they need to log out.
This Device can also make use of the current QR code functionality.
An additional benefit is the cost saving in the following ways:
